My family and I have used Ontime Airport Connection on several occasions. When I say the service is top notch, it is indeed top notch. They are always prompt and get you to your destination in a safe and timely manner. All of the drivers are courteous and professional. The vehicles are kept in immaculate condition and the ride is always smooth! It is evident that the company's priority is providing superior customer service. My family and I enjoy the service and we look forward to next destination providing all of our transportation needs.

FANTASTIC Customer Service! This was our 5th time using the A Ontime service between Pensacola and Daphne, AL, and it has always been great. But this time we (myself & my 83 yo mother) had a connecting flight through MIA to PNS that was delayed 3 times. We were arriving 4+ hours later than expected. I called the number, and our Driver, Lee, let us know that it would be no problem and that he would be waiting for us. What a happy surprise at that late hour of night! Already being stressed, we were just thrilled with Lee's careful driving on the dark interstate, and his kind demeaner. We had a nice safe trip and will use them again soon! HIGHLY Recommended!

I've used Bob's (owner) shuttle service ~12 Times over the past 2 years and have just booked another shuttle today. The shuttles are in good repair and comfortable. Bob has picked me up coming and going each time. He's always on time and in a happy mood. Bob keeps me laughing then entire trip! Give them a try. I think you will enjoy the service!

What a great service! We didn’t make contact until 2 hrs. prior to needed pick up time and our driver, BOB, arrived a little early and was very accommodating for 4 women with lots of luggag e & beach/shopping bags. BOB was very polite, engaging, informative and helpful. He waited for us to drop off our bags at airport and then dropped us off at the mall. Give BOB a call @ 850-266-3814 if in Pensacola/Gulf Breeze area for airport shuttle service!

This shuttle exceeded my expectations. This service was easy to book and I received text updates before the ride. The van was very comfortable and even had a TV to watch nextflix on. The driver was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this service to others

Ontime Airport Connection is the best ground transportation company I have worked with! Bob and Robbie are the true professionals and are fantastic to do business with. They fully deliver on timeliness, reliability, cleanliness of vehicle and top-notch customer service. When making arrangements in Pensacola for my executive team, I will only use Ontime Airport Connection!

I have been riding with A Ontime for 10 years and they are the best. Clean ride, always on time and very nice drivers. All my coworkers call them too because it’s the best way to get to and from the airport.

Robby has been wonderful to work with. We had over a month of pickups and he was always on time and checked with the client before pickup. Extremely professional! We will continue to use him professionally and personally.

Thanks for a great shuttle this morning. So much better than the one I had on the 1st of October. That ride on the first was not so good. The fellows language was not the best. Also his car smelled so bad and I thought I might just throw throwing up. As I understand he did not worked for you full-time, I might recommend that you never use him again he is definitely not good for your business. He was also a little scary. I think his name was Gregg. Jim was mine morning driver today and he was just absolutely wonderful. And his van did not smell.

Needed a quick early morning ride and they delivered! On top of that, it was the most pleasant ride I’ve ever had! The driver was really funny too- get him to tell you a joke.

I recently used this company for shuttle back and forth between Pensacola Airport and Orange Beach AL. They responded quickly, sent multiple confirmation texts regarding timing, driver info, etc. It felt more like “interacting with real people” vs everything online. Traveling as a single female needing an hour ride to Orange Beach, I felt totally safe and comfortable. Both drivers were very friendly. Oh…and I love the flat rate so as not to risk paying a fortune if traffi c became an issue. I highly recommend!

I am from the midwest and needed a service to take my son from the airport to Gulf Shores. I was highly impressed with the customer service and the driving service. When I called to ask a question, I actually got a person! They texted the day before to confirm and I received several emails. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a ride.

Our service was phenomenal from pick up to drop off at airport. Top-notch service. Highly recommend! Driver even stopped for us at Whataburger for lunch.

This was a great shuttle service. They are reasonable and they called me right back to schedule and sent me a confirmation right away when I couldn't get 2 others to even respond. And the van was nice and new. Driver was great. I give them a 10!

At the last minute just before the onset of spring beak (2021) we needed transportation from the Pensacola Airport to Gulf Shores. Even though Bob was extremely busy he made the effort to pick us up at night after what we were sure was a long day. He was courteous, friendly and a pleasure to talk to. And since he was completely booked, he made arrangements for our return trip with a competitor. That is an example of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We would highly recommend Bob!

Great Service! We received confirmations after we booked online and the evening prior to our arrival. Both trips to and from they were on time. Nice, Clean and comfortable Toyota Sienna vans.

Robbie and Bob were absolutely delightful to work with. Robbie picked up my son from the airport and took him to Fort Morgan. Every detail of his transportation was perfect. Would highly recommend them and would gladly use them again.

My Sister and I cane to Orange Beach Alabama to a wedding so we needed a shuttle from Pensacola Airport to Orange Beach. From the time we set up the pickup, the service was AWESOME! Robby was our driver and he is the best!!! Very nice guy and made our ride great!!! We are using them for our return flights and I will definitely be using them again!
